Terms of use

Effective September 30, 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and What Makes You Fall. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

whatmakesyoufall.pro is an independent quiz for entertainment and self-reflection, not a psychological assessment or a dating service. Results are generated from your answers by fixed scoring rules and describe tendencies for reflection and fun. They are not professional, psychological, medical or relationship advice, and they say nothing definitive about you or anyone else.

Accounts

You can take the quiz without an account. Saving and unlocking a result requires signing in with Google or email. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract, and you are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

Payment

Unlocking one full result is a one-time payment of $1.99 USD (tax may be added where applicable). There is no subscription. Stripe processes payments, and you authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you choose. A completed payment unlocks the result you bought it for; if a payment completes while that result is already unlocked, the purchase stays on your account and unlocks your next result. Unlocked results stay available in your account while it is active. Refunds follow our refund policy and mandatory consumer law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping of paid results, reselling or republishing result content, interfering with payments or security, or bypassing limits. You may share your own result with friends. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Content

Quiz questions, result text and site design belong to What Makes You Fall. Your answers remain yours; we use them only to score and show your result and to operate the service.

Availability and changes

We may change questions, scoring, wording or prices for future quizzes. A result you already unlocked keeps its answers and remains unlocked. We may pause the service for security, maintenance or legal reasons.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal risk or nonpayment.
