Refund policy

What you buy

The quiz and the preview are free. A $1.99 payment is a one-time purchase that unlocks one full What Makes You Fall result. It is not a subscription and never renews.

When you can get a refund

Contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full if:

• you were charged but your result did not unlock;
• you were charged more than once for the same result; or
• the purchase has not been used to unlock a result yet.

Because an unlocked result is digital content delivered immediately, a purchase that has already unlocked a result is generally non-refundable, except where consumer law requires otherwise. If something about your result is broken or missing, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account email with the charge date and the Stripe receipt number. Do not send card details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank decides how long that takes.
